If you would come after Me, to your self say no;
Take your cross daily; follow Me alone.
If you try to save your life, you will not succeed.
You must lose your self for Me; then you'll find life indeed.
What good will it be for you to gain the world as a whole,
If the end result is losing your own soul?

If you are ashamed of Me and of what I say,
I will also from you turn My face away.
Clothed in glory bright as light, I will come some day.
Till then, by My witnesses and never be dismayed.
Tho' you may be persecuted, never worry or fear;
Giving words of wisdom, I'll always be near.

All authority is Mine in both Heav'n and earth.
Go and make disciples, bringing them new birth.
Baptize in this mighty name: Father, Son, and Spirit.
Teach all peoples to obey the things I have made clear.
Surely I will be with you always as you strive to obey;
Till the end of time, I'll still be there each day.

Jesus, I'm your servant here; self I have denied.
I will follow daily; be my faithful guide.
I am not ashamed of You; boldly I'll proclaim.
I will go where'er you lead, discipling in Your name.
I know You'll be with me at all times, till the end of my life.
So I'll follow gladly, out into the strife.

你若願意跟從我，向自己說不，
天天背起十架，單單跟從我。
你若愛惜己生命，必不會成功；
為我失去己生命，反要得著生命。
你若賺得全世界，卻賠上自己的生命，
究竟帶給你有什麼益處呢？

你若以我和我的說話為可恥，
我也要向你遮掩我的榮臉，
穿上燦爛的榮光，一天我再來；
為我作見證直到那日，永不沮喪，
縱然有逼迫臨到你身，不要擔心害怕，
我必常與你近，賜你智慧語。

天上地下所有權柄都是我的，
去使人作門徒，得著新生命，
奉父、子、聖靈的名，為眾人施洗；
凡我所顯明的事，都教訓人遵守，
我必定同在，若你盡心順從我的吩咐，
直到末時我仍每天在那裡。

主啊，我是你僕人，已否定自己，
我要每天跟從，常作我引導，
我必不以你為恥，且放膽宣揚；
無論你領我往何處，奉你名傳道，
確知你必常常與我同在，走完世路途，
故我樂於跟從，與仇敵奮戰。
